All around the world. Live Voltage is made up of both local and international creatives, designers or suppliers to bring you unique and/or handmade products.

1.6 Why is your price point range so wide?
Well, we do carry a wide range of products - Fashion Apparels, Accessories, Skincare & Beauty, Scents, Souvenir & Giftings and even Food! Our merchants are independent labels, and most products are not produced in large quantities. Some of the items are handmade from scratch. Some are exclusive items! The retail prices reflect our talented merchants’ labour and resources costs.

2.1 What is the mode of payment?
Currently we are accepting Visa, Mastercard, Google and Apple Pay.
2.2 When will I be charged?
You will only be charged upon completion of check out, so double-check, triple-check your purchases!!
2.3 Items are out of stock! Will you be able to bring it back?
Fret not! Simply drop us an email at email@example.com and we’ll see what we can do for you.
2.4 Who is delivering my order to me?
We are working with several established logistic partners to have your order delivered to your doorstep.
2.5 Where do you ship to?
We ship both locally and internationally. Within Singapore, we offer free shipping on orders above $200. Due to COVID-19/Circuit Breaker, we do not allow free self-collection services. For overseas orders, we work with our logistics partner to safely deliver your orders to you. Check out our shipping policy for more information.
2.6 Are you able to send food & beauty products overseas?
Unfortunately, we are unable to send food products overseas. However, we can still send skincare and beauty products to you.
2.7 Where can I find product size / measurements?
You may scroll down and find the measurement tab under the product details in the tab. Sometimes, it is in the image itself.
3.1 I have placed by order, what’s next?
If all items are in stock, for local shipping, your order should typically reach to you within 7 working days. For overseas shipping, 1-3 weeks. Due to the current COVID 19 situation, shipment could be further delayed for another 1 to 2 weeks.
However, if you have ordered from our overseas suppliers or required a made to order purchase, the shipping times may vary. Only when all items in your order have arrived, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, please expect a possible 1-2 days delay. We appreciate your kind understanding.
Check your email(: Our logistic partner, Airpak will have a tracking number for you where you will have a rough estimate of the arrivals of your goodies. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
3.2 Is there a way to track my order?
For local shipment, our third-party courier will contact you directly regarding delivery timing.
Deliveries will be made between Mon - Fri, 11am - 10pm. For specific delivery timing requests, please kindly direct them to email@example.com Additional charges may apply.
For international shipment, we will send you the tracking code once we have dispatched your order from our warehouse to our local post office. You can then track your order from there with the website stated in our email.
3.3 If I made my order today, is it possible to get it tomorrow?
Your order can be delivered within 7 days via local delivery if your order consists of only in-stock items, and your order is placed before 8am (Mon-Fri). However, there may be unexpected delays so if you need your order urgently, please kindly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can better assist you.
4 RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE
4.1 If I have purchased something that does not fit me, am I able to do an exchange?
You can find out more on our Exchange and Refund Policy.
4.2 I just received my online order, but it’s defective. Can I return my product?
Do take a picture of the defective good and send it to our team at email@example.com. We will better assist you from there.
4.3 What is the return processing time?
Upon receiving your returned goods, we will conduct an investigation and will reply to you within 7 working days on your return matters. And if you are eligible for a refund, we will credit back the sum paid into your account within the next 7 days.
4.4 I am an international customer and I have been waiting way too long for my products to reach. Can I cancel the order?
Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order and refund you.
4.5 I think I received an incorrect order. What’s next?

4.6 Can I return an item that I have purchased from you?
We will only process your request to return if you have a manufacturing defect within 7 working days.
