How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Upon verification of your payment, we will take 1-2 working days to pack and arrange for dispatch of your order via our delivery service partners.
The time taken for your order to reach you will depend on the mode of delivery you have chosen. Do note that delivery times might be delayed during peak seasons (e.g. New Year, Christmas). Do expect deliveries to be delayed due to COVID-19 as all couriers are facing a lack of manpower and increased delivery volumes. Self collection is currently unavailable until further notice due to COVID-19. Please refer to the delivery times below:

- Standard courier: Within 7 working days after pick up.

It has been more than the stipulated delivery time and I have yet to receive my order. What should I do?

Please note that as we outsource our deliveries to third party service providers, we cannot guarantee that your parcels will be delivered as per your request. Due to the current COVID-19 situation, orders will take up to 1 to 2 weeks after the courier has picked up your order from our warehouse to reach you. We seek your understanding and patience. Please only contact us if it has been more than 7 working days since your local order has been dispatched.
